Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity
Fostering collaborations between researchers from varied backgrounds, viewpoints and cultures is a central ethos of the CRITICAT CDT. We actively promote the fair treatment of everyone in our program irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, age, race, belief, disability, pregnancy and maternity or relationship status.
We strive to ensure inclusive practices are embedded within all our procedures. We are continually evaluating and adapting our processes and would welcome any suggestions regarding how we might improve.
If you have any questions regarding equality, diversity and inclusion, please contact Prof. Andrew Smith (ads10@st-andrews.ac.uk) and Dr Kevin Jones (kj34@st-andrews.ac.uk) in the first instance.
